Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery personal. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8768035385 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

The Return request has to be initiated within 7 (SEVEN) days from the day of receipt.

Returns are not accepted under following conditions:

Return without a valid reason is also not accepted.

Return request made after the period of 7 (SEVEN) days.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made within 2-3 working days from the date acceptance of cancellation/receipt of returned shipment.

For online payment, refunds will be made in the same form in which the payment is received. For COD orders refund will be made by Cheque/Bank Transfer in the name of the Customer. Please ask for the Bank Transfer form.
